Secure Your Date

Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the booking fee is paid. From that moment, your wedding is lovingly secured in our calendar.


To keep the process effortless and flexible, we offer the following payment options:


a) Pay in full before your wedding date

A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance settled 2 weeks before your wedding.


b) Two-part payment option

A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due within 30 days after your wedding.


c) Three-part payment option

Your total is divided into three agreed payments leading up to your wedding day.


d) Five-month installment plan

Equal monthly payments spread over five months, designed to make planning feel calm and manageable.


All payment details and timelines are clearly outlined upfront, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from the very beginning.

After booking, you’ll be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group with our admin team to ensure clear communication, smooth planning, and peace of mind throughout the process. As your wedding day approaches, we support you with timelines, session planning, and gentle guidance so everything unfolds naturally. We’re also happy to schedule a call to walk through the day together, answer any questions, and ensure you feel completely at ease.

Booking is simple and intentional.

Once you reach out, we’ll guide you through package options, answer any questions, and confirm availability. Your date is officially reserved with a signed agreement and booking fee — from there, we take care of the rest so you can enjoy the journey to “I do.”

2. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

We understand that life can be unpredictable.

Your booking fee secures your date and is non-refundable, as we turn away other couples for that day. If rescheduling is needed, we’ll always approach it with care and fairness, guided by our contract and availability.

3. DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL FILES, PRINTS, OR ALBUMS?

Yes — and more.

Your images are delivered in a beautifully curated online gallery, with options to order fine-art prints and timeless albums. These are heirlooms designed to be held, shared, and returned to for generations.

4. WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?

We take great care in curating and editing your images and films with intention and consistency. Our standard turnaround time is 2–6 months, allowing us to thoughtfully refine each moment. Photo galleries are typically delivered sooner than films, and you’ll receive gentle sneak peeks along the way — little moments to relive while we perfect your final story.
